The Mount Calvary Baptist Church Brotherhood and WMU met on Monday, October 6th.

After a delicious meal and fellowship, the groups adjourned to their respective classes. The guest speaker for the Brotherhood was Benny Cooper of Cooper Funeral Home. Cooper spoke from Proverbs.

At the conclusion of the meeting everyone was reminded of the upcoming events at Mount Calvary Baptist Church: revival to be held on Oct. 12 – 15 with Evangelist Steve Hale, the 3rd annual Wild Game Banquet to be held on Thursday, November 6th at 7:00 p.m., with guest speaker Bobby Richardson, and homecoming to be held on Sunday, November 16th, 11:00 a.m. with former pastor Rev. Kenn Hucks with dinner to be served following the service.
